The BCCC is a licensed green-waste recycling and composting site andcan offer to local businesses creating garden and green wastes a legaland environmentally friendly means of disposal. However, to moderatedemand for access to the facility it operates a list system of who cantip and it charges 'gate fee', with charges depending on theamount of material to be disposed of.
